During psychotherapy, the atmosphere is safe, relaxing & confidential. The client & therapist sit on comfortable couches facing each other. Our therapists never sit behind a desk; they don't take notes, answer their phones or receive any interruptions. The focus is you. Our therapists also perform verbal brainstorming, an exchange of ideas, with you.
There are no negative judgements or criticism during this counseling service. The psychotherapists supports you in developing your perspectives, insights and awareness. At the end of the first session, you are aware of various choices and will have clarity on the issues at hand. The session naturally winds down within 45-60 minutes.
